Suits You Sir! Was based on a man who worked in my local coop. He used to own a clothing shop in Brighton. He was entirely unaware this. Any interaction with him was fucking hilarious and exactly like dealing with the suits you guys but he was, deep down, a very sad man. People would cue just to be served by him because of the LOL's.
He disappeared from the shop about six months ago and i worry he's dead.

I liked the final one where they turned it all on its head. Like the 'which was nice' guy going on the run from the law and his plane being forced to land at the nearest airport 'which was Nice'
Also yes the groundskeeper and the posh one in love with him was a surprisingly heartfelt tale in the end for a stupid catchphrase based sketch show

when a mate of mine went ring shopping with his wife to be, they went into a posh jewellers in London and was served by a man who sounded very much like the suit(s) you character(s).
When the assistant discovered that the rings chosen were actually in the sale he said to my mate, totally deadpan,
"Thats a result for Sir isn't it".

Going fishing was very much like making love to a beautiful woman.
First of all, clean and inspect your tackle, carefully pull back your rod cover, and remove any dirt or gunge that may have built up whilst not in use.
Then, extend your rod to its full length, and check that there are no kinks or any wear. Particularly at the base, where the grip is usually applied. Make sure you've got a decent float, the appropriate bait,
and that there's plenty of shot in your bag.

great show - roy and renee, competitive dad, swiss toni - more hits in one half hour than a lot of series manage these days
great pathos as well with ted and ralph, rowley birkin etc
funny and very well acted
